1. Change of Mind:
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Please consider your purchase carefully and ensure that the product meets your requirements before placing an order.
2. Faulty Goods:
In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty or defective product, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement as per the Australian Consumer Law. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be deemed faulty or defective due to manufacturing defects or faults in materials.
- The issue with the product must not be a result of misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
- You must notify us of the fault within 30 days of receiving the product.
3. Refund Process for Faulty Goods:
If you believe that you have received a faulty product, please follow these steps to initiate the refund process:
a. Contact our customer service team at info@take3charging.au to report the issue and request a return authorisation (RA) number.
b. Once you have received the RA number, securely package the faulty product and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
c. Ship the product back to TAKE3 Electric Pty Ltd at your expense. Please ensure that the product is adequately protected during transit to prevent any further damage.
d. Once we receive the returned product and verify the fault, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.
e. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.
4. Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs associated with returning faulty goods to TAKE3 Electric Pty Ltd are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Exceptions:
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
